This image shows the lane and barns a few years ago and a lot has happened since then!

New self-catering accommodation is nearing the end of construction, with completion set for early Summer 2024.

The nine dwellings will provide not only self-catering holiday accommodation, but also accommodation for weddings, retreats, corporate events and shooting parties as well.

All the homes will be furnished to high standards, retaining as many of the old features as possible, with surrounding communal areas outside.  These will be available to rent throughout the year.

The Loft No's 1 to 4 - Sleeps 2

These lovely cosy cottages are situated in a traditional barn (grain store) each sleeping two.

They have been thoughtfully and carefully converted, retaining many original and authentic features, whilst being tastefully and comfortably furnished.

All have an open plan kitchen/living area with an upstairs bedroom and ensuite shower room.

A fabulous place for a romantic break for two.

The Cart Shed 1 & 2- Sleeps 4

These lovely barn style dwellings are newly built, modern and eco conscious, each sleeping four.

Both have an open plan kitchen/living area with a master bedroom and ensuite shower room as well as a separate shower room for the second bedroom.

All rooms are at ground level.

An added benefit for each is the covered veranda for an early morning coffee outside, to watch the children play or to cover the muddy wellies after a day outdoors.

The Shippon

The Shippon 1 & 2 - Sleeps 4

Two charming homes each sleeping four people in two ensuite bedrooms, all on one level. 

The Shippon is a former, traditional livestock barn which has been sensitively re-worked and tastefully converted, retaining many original features such as old beams, exposed brickwork.  The space is airy and light, with large glass windows forming one aspect of the open plan kitchen and dining area.  

Both have their own patio area and share a grassed communal outdoor space to the front. 

Home Farm Barn

Home Farm Barn - Sleeps 10

This is a beautifully designed new home, designed by Briel Fish Architects, to resemble and reflect an agricultural barn. It is fitting to the style of the former farmstead at Home Farm. 

The new space offers wonderful living accommodation with a spacious open plan feel downstairs, complete with a log burner, and five bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests.

Outside is a private walled garden area laid to lawn with a large patio for al fresco dining.

Old Town Cottage

A red brick cottage which is currently being renovated.

We are delighted to be able to offer add-on and tailored-to-you services. This can be anything from catering, tours, private walks, sheep walking, falconry, simulated shoots, wellness activities, cookery … the list is endless.  

Our Concierge Team will be delighted to create an experience stay to suit all tastes.  

Alternatively if looking for a team building location with ample space for activities along with accommodation, then Nuneham can cater for large residential groups with ease.
